On IMD, we honour these men and acknowledge their strength, resilience, and vulnerability. Why Care Matters In Nottinghamshire, men may be reluctant to ask for help. Cultural expectations often push men to ‘manage on their own’, but needing care is not a weakness—it’s part of human dignity.
